I think they are the same under the hood .... but the Premier has a better warranty ....

i have the p760mp
if you have any questions let me know...i can't really tell you the diff
apparently it's supposed to have tighter tolerances, and possibly a few more features
it has a parametric eq, not sure if the 7600 does
