Should be quite straight forward if i remember correctly. Just dig in and start unscrewing. I dont think there is anything all that complicated to it but if i get a chance i'll look at my gf's car, since i replaced my 6x9s like 2 years ago i forget how, and tell you if nobody else has answered yet or you havent done it yourself by then. But i think it's quite easy.
