I've seen some horrible enclosures, but I have never seen something so uniquely horrible before...

I think it is a great idea...but a replica rim, built like a real enclosure, would be a more pratical idea...and cool for a car showfor a show car

...I bet that sounds like crap though...or at least does not get very loud

There is a fad in home stereo using a round cardboard shell covered with roof cold process. It's basically a quikrete tube that is used for forming columns, and it sounds okay, so who knows????
