Where's the best spot for a clean grounding point?

Need a clean clean grounding point in a 02 coupe.

Reason : Noticable intereference lines on a 7" LCD from a P4 AMD2500.

Here's the equipment list:

Dash:
Pyle 7" tft recessed in the dash. _ needs ground. (waiting for the lilli)
Kenwood MP3 deck relocated to where the acc jack used to be _ already grounded.

Trunk:
A 700W inverter sits above and behind the rear wheel (driverside), currently bolted to the metal body. _ needs ground_ ... Pos+ fed from IG2.

A microAtX AMD XP2500, 120GB, 512MB, Radeon9600 256MB sits behind the rear wheelwell, above the trunk vent assembly (driverside) also bolted to the same metal body. _case needs ground_.

...

From what I understand, all the gear has to be grounded to the same point.

I don't think this will help, but I grounded my amp to the bolt that holds down your rear seats. I believe its a 10mm bolt. I used a longer bolt though.

I'm just making some suggestions.

GL.

a ground isnt responsible for the lines you are getting.

maybe it could help if its contributing, but they exist because its a pyle monitor.

you should notice a drastic improvement when you replace it with the lilliput.

You could be getting interference from the air bag (at least I think that's what they are) modules under the seats

Your positive wire for the inverter, this ig2, it doesn't sound very thick, why not try replacing it with some thicker 8 gauge from the battery. as for grounding, just drill a hole in the metal behind the trunk fabric and sand it down to the bare metal, then bolt the wire onto there. Grounding to the same point isn't really necessary.

Maybe a little off topic but won't sanding down to the bare metal cause rust?

I ended up using the factory ground behind the plastic panel that surrounds the trunk latch assembly.

Thanks for the suggestions.
