will it fit?

will a box for a 12" sub fit under the rear deck(where 3rd brake light is) because i relli would like it to be as tucked away as possible

Very hard to say... that setup will require extensive cutting and fabrication and the sub may not fit in the end

You would be much better off to make a small box and tuck it in the corner, or build a box that goes in the corner of your trunk nicely, or take out the spare tire and build a spare tire well box
