clarion dxz545 amp guard?

ok just recently my deck just shut off and went into amo guard(sorry dont have the owners manuel anymore so i need help) and i was wondering how would i be able to get rid of this now? i have been running the car like 3 days now like this. sometimes i can get the deck to run normal but once i turn the volume up high enough like to 14 it goes back to amp guard. si please help a noob out.

Your amp might have too low of an ohm load on it or may be messed up internally
