ok first get the monitors and i drilled out the sunvisors with a dremal just do it how you want theres no right way just get it to fit in there and have the wires run behind the visor under the cloth and run the video wires and power down the a-pillars.

next mount the ps2 where you want it and let the video cables go to the monitors.....duh..... i just used a Y for mine but you want a video booster for good reception plus you said one monitor not multiple....

ok you should have video working now you need sound so you need to buy the IP-BUS connector for you HU.. mine cost me 50bucks becase i got the good one but if your hu supports that type of stuff you should be able to get it for about 10 bucks.....
IF YOUR HU DOES NOT SUPPORT THE IP-BUSS CONNECTOR for multiple disks and for mp3 or ps2's then you need to buy a fm reciever that allows you to listen through a channel on the radio that it puts out. but those have horrible sound quality so as long as your not showing the car then you will be fine......

that should do it i hope it was clear on everything if not then ask questions please so i can clear them up for you......with that said good luck and keep us posted......

He doesnt need an adapter for his HU

you just need an AC inverter boo, it will connect to 12 and provide you with 110v AC current. There are different sizes but you should not need one that big, but of course, the bigger the better

is your hu the monitor. cuz i'm thinking like it's not, if it is the you should have specified, if its not then you do need an adapter or you won't have sound from the hu. but if your monitor is the hu then sorry for all that crap i typed earlier i was thinking differently........

ah no you can hardwire to the battery just make sure the inverter has a fuse between it and the battery and put a switch on one of the wires so you can turrn it on when you want.
