i have a very specific question for the audio professionals:
why does the system in my trunk sound more bassy and loud.. meaning much better, in my sisters 2002 toyota solara than my honda civic 2003? its the exact same system setup, 2 12's, amp and cap. she just got it installed today and goddam, it sounds more smooth, loud and more bassy than in my civic. what gives?
no dynomat or anything like that either. if this has been discovered or talked about before, link me

yeah, the 'vic needs a lot more bass to sound as loud as other cars I have had...but experiment with where you place your sub box...IMO, this can make all the difference...the best place I found to place a box in my car is about 6-7 inches from the trunk hatch, facing the trunk hatch.
