Between work and my health, I have not had the energy to do anything. But you could fit 3 12's with no problem. IMO it is a bad idea to put everything in the open, lots of thieves out there.
Well - I just got a Shiva - waiting for install and such along with a Phoenix Gold Xenon 400.1 - It should be a good setup once install is complete. I only got one sub - 3 Shiva's would sound amazing - why do you need 3 though? The Alpine Type R is a nice sub. I listened to an Image Dynamics sub at my local shop and it sounded amazing - not sure which one it was but its was a 12" - there was only one sub in that car and it sounded GREAT!!! What kind of music do you listen to and what's your price range so we could help you better?
http://www.earthquakesound.com/magma.htm here are some subs, get 3 of the 12's.
http://www.earthquakesound.com/PH2003%20Mono.htm This is the amp for the 3 sub's. Talk about pound, I have heard it and if I had the money I would get them.

u know what u got me thinking man so tell me this if i get 3 10's what amp should i run it with, or if i get 2 12's what amp should irun it with? i was checking them out n yeah i like them cause i havent seen 2 many people with does, but at da same time i havent heard how they hit but hit me back w some info megahurtz thx
Phoenix Gold stuff is pretty run of the mill...it's nothing special. I would look around at other options as well. What exactly are you looking for? Just loud bass or what?
You cant say "if I get 3 10's what amp goes with them?" because there are 10's that take 150 watts, and there are 10's that will take over 1000. You also have to take into account the ohms. Are you building this yourself or getting it done at a shop?
How much do you want to spend? You said price doesnt matter, so we could recomend a system that would cost you $5,000 just in subs and amps, or we could give you a system that will cost $1,500. Theres gonna be a big difference in equipment there. If you're more specific, we can be more specific. It also helps if you type normally instead of in "ghetto speak".

my bad mystic for my ghettospeak lol, but anyways its true what u were saying, so im gonna b more specific im looking for loud bass, can run me $1,000-2,000 n im gonna have a shop install it for me, n im looking for batteries n capacitors 2 go with da system.. let me know if u can help me out
So your looking at $2,000 max...including install and all the wires, amps and subs and stuff?
MegaHurtz, that sub doesnt impress me...i've heard it, and it sounds average...like I said, its run of the mill. Loud, but nothing special.

You could do 3 or 4 Alpine TypeR's ported with a 1000 watt amp for around $1500(4 subs) retail cost, that leaves you with $500 for box, wires, and install fees. Should cover it. You can save money buying online, but you wont get warranties. THis setup would be quite loud.
Same setup with JL W3v2's would be around the same cost. Kicker CompVR's are also popular, but I dont like them. They just sound slightly off for some reason. almost hollow sounding or something. Other options are the AdireAudio Shiva (your gonna have to buy this one online) or IDMax.
I think for your price range, buying retail, that the TypeR's will be good. THey get plenty loud ported or sealed, are affordable, dont need a lot of power, and sound good as well. They dont require a large box either. (performs perfectly in .8 cubes sealed!)

yea i had type rs and they are not that good as well. im a sony fan myself and still would not recommend type r. i would go with either the kicker comp vrs, infinty kappa perfects, or eeven the polk momo carbon series.
yes for those who are cf freaks, polk has carbon fiber speakers and subs. sounds excellent in our cars

i know theres alot of other companys building modular subs with neo magnets and either carbon honeycomb or aluminumb cones and 2000 watt mono amps.
youre a retard. if hes willing to take out his back seat for sound i think hes a little beyond the 5 channel.

A capacitor is your preference. It will help reduce your headlight dimming if it bothers you.
