i need opinions on amplifier

im gonna amp my infinity kappa series speakers.

i really like alpine. i think alpine is one of the best brands out there. my 2nd choice would be infinity to match up with the inifinity speakers

but what other amplifiers are good?

Eclipse...

Eclipse amps are excellent as well.

They definitely are not cheap, though. You'll spend as much if not more than you would on Alpine.

I have the Alpine MRD-M500 V12 series amp. Excellent choice!!! Great power, great sound. This amp can make generic subs sound good. It has a digital read out that displays either the voltage, the amps, or temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius

yeah...I agree ^^^ I have a mrd-m500 amp...and if it was a girl amp and I was a boy amp, I'd do her!!! oh and I got a mrv-540 4 channel, and if that was a girl amp...than I'd have a amp 3some

Any Alpine V12 amp is gonna rock...I also agree that Eclipse makes great amps...what about JL Audio??

JL audio its good too....i used to have 3 12" subs in my 'vic and that amp would hold 'em good....

There are lots of good amps. You should narrow your search a bit more from just "good amps"...

have u guys heard of "soundstream"

my has 2 soundstream amps....1 to power his speakers....1 to power his sub. he said its pretty good and they power well.

so i ordered a soundstream 480max out...60rms x4.
