Amps - do these seem good?

Amps - do these seem good?
I'm looking at a mono sub amp to power a 12" Adire Audio Shiva and one 2-channel amp to power CDT Audio CL-61A components. I was just wondering which amp choice is better for each.
Mono Sub Amp:
Infinity 610A
2-Channel Amp:
Infinity Reference 7520a
Alpine MRV-T420
MTX Thunder342
Kicker 02Kx400.2
There is only one choice for the sub amp at the moment because that's all I can seem to find that will power tha Shiva really well without going over my budget much. I will spend up to $350 on the sub amp.
The amp for the components is up in the air. The CDT 61A's are rated at 90W RMS - how much power do I really need? I will spend up to $250 on the 2 channel amp - everything listed is around that.
Any opinions or suggestions for either amp would be great! Thanks!
