How would I run the wire from the amp to the 6.5's in the door panels? Phoenix Gold is good...but I'm running straight Pioneer Premier. I need more idea's and suggestions on wiring and size of amp to get. Thanks!

So if you are running all Premier why did you even ask?
Just push the wires thru the grommets to get them in your door... I had to do it... twice... once for my 6.5" and one for my tweeter, it was a pain, but it worked.
What I did was use a razor to make a cut in the grommet on the inside of the door
Then I cut the long piece off of a wire coat hanger and I taped the wire to the... wire, about 3/4"-1" down to give the wire some poking power. You might want to try and bend the wire to conform to the curve it will have to take, but that is up to you.
Starting from the inside of the car, I poked it thru an existing hole in the grommet. I worked my way through, helping the wire on it's way by moving it and stuff when it got caught on the rubber.
Once I had the end of the wire thru, I grabbed it with a pair of plier and pulled it all the way through.
Lather, rinse, repeat.
It took me a while to get the hang of it, but really it wasn't that bad at all.

Someone in an earlier thread suggested coating the wire with a teflon spray, which I wish I had thought of before I ran my wire into the door. It gets stuck on the rubber and is a pain in the *** to get through there. Not impossible, but certainly something you wish were easier. I highly suggest using some teflon spray.
