Coaxials and Components
just got my Alpine CDA-9835 today. i must say it is bad a**! i have 2 12's for bass, i just need some mids and highs now. i dont need all out competition stuff, i just want to run off the head units power for now(27 watts x 4 rms).
i was thinking of just going with some Infinity Kappa 63.5i coaxials in front, and some Infinity Kappa 693.5i 6x9's in the back. (maybe even the 63.5i's in front and rear).
would this sound good? i listen to techno and rap. i dont really need components, but would they really be that much better since im running off headunit power? any suggestions on better coaxials would be great.
also, would the 63.5i's be a b**ch to install? they have a depth of 2-3/16. thanx in advance!

IMO, skip the rears and get an amp for the fronts. Even coaxials on an amp up front will sound really sweet. You don't need components to have great sound. An amp to the fronts is the key to the install.
