Door spekaer connections
When I am connecting hte wires to my door speakers, should I use the plug from the bottom wire to hook it up or the plug from the top (tweeter wires)?
Erm, could you be a little more specific? I can't figure out what you are trying to do...
Generally: Run new wires if you are running your speakers from an amp. Connect the tweeter to the tweeter wires and the woofer to the woofer wires if you are replacing your stock speakers but still using the HU for power.
But as I said, I can't figure out what you are trying to do.

Install components
Can't use the stock tweeter and woofer wires for signal as I have to go thru a crossover network first
I was going to connect the xover wires thru the old speaker connection, but decided against that now, too much wire to put thru my door
