I'm thinking of making this my new cd player. Does anyone have it? How do you like it if you do?

Yeah, I had a high end JVC deck on my old car and really liked it. After 4 years it did have a little problem where I needed to disconnect and reconnect the battery for it to read the cds. But I still think JVC is decent.

I made the mistake of going to JVC from Pioneer and I really regret it. It prolly wasn't one of the "high end" ones,if they exsist, but it was the most expensive at Circuit city at the time of pruchase....(I didn't buy it there tho). I totally lost all my highs. Music just doesn't sound the same anymore
And the volume **** has a mind of its own sometimes. When i want it to go up....it skips numbers like crazy and gets way too loud or goes down and vice-versa for trying to bring the volume back down.
The RMS is a bit low for that price of the first one you posted. Just my $.02.
