Depends on how good you are with fiberglass. If you can fiberglass, it's not hard at all. If you're not good, or inexperianced with glassing, then it could possilby be a biotch. Of course, if you happen to be good at fiberglassing, you'd come out cheaper making your own kicks.

But the kicks I'd make would be nowhere near as clean as these aftermarket ones, and I wouldn't have to image them. When I get more into SQ, I will get my car evaluated and see what a judge says.

Never fiberglassed in my life but I know some very talented installers who I'm sure could help me

I had never glassed up until about a year and a half ago. I'm still no expert by any means, but I mess around with it all the time, and now feel that I have a solid understanding of using it, and the joys that comes with it (or cussing, whichever you prefer). Ask rabbit about the custom glass kicks, I know he made a set a while back, not sure who else has tried it. I'm thinking about that being my next project once I get the trunk redone for the 4th time, and some of the other stuff I'm working on periodically.
