so i was driving around with my gf, and it was dusk, so i had to turn on my headlights...

i recently installed some indiglo's, and my head unit's been in my car for a while now...but as we were at a stoplight, i realized the face on my headunit was flickering. i turned off my headlights and the flickering stopped.

i searched and read about the indiglo's themselves flickering if there's not enough power going to it. but has anyone had a problem with their deck's flickering instead?

i installed some apc ultra white bulbs ( they were $15), but they were 55w.

so what do you think the problem is? too much power being used?

any help appreciated
