03 LX Sedan fuse box question

I'm looking for places I can tap into in the passenger compartment fuse box to obtain constant power and ignition-switched power. Does anyone have a diagram of the panel with descriptions of all the fuses, relays, and extra pins?

Running power to a switch so I can select constant or ignition-switched power to go to a scanner (500mA power consumption), a large relay (~200mA consumption), and a cellphone hands-free kit (a few amps, I believe).

Tap off the cig lighter wire

Easy to route the wires, depending on where you want to mount the scanner, mine is directly beside my cig lighter plug

i doubt you'd really want to tap constant power, one slip of the mind and your battery is dead. been there, done that. like said above, just use the yellow accesory wire, it can take the draw. for a SMALL constant draw i would say use the battery wire to your HU, but only for amounts under an amp or so, when the car is off, and only when you reeeeally needed it.

Yellow accessory wire being the one going to the cigarette lighter jack? Ideally I'd have something independent of that, I'd hate to have a device plugged into the cig. lighter that goes nuts and blows the fuse, thereby disabling my other accessories (the relay I mentioned earlier is a 75A continuous-duty relay that switches power to a number of devices in my trunk, to which I have run 8ga wire straight from the battery...I could get another run from the battery for constant power, but something from the fuse panel would be easier)
And yes, I do really want constant power. Trust me. I've done this stuff before and know what I'm doing

You will need to run this stuff with your car off?

the purpose of a fuse would be defeated if you ran a 2 amp unit off of a 75A fuse... accessory fuse is something like 15A.
