Yet another 6x9 post - Alpine Type Rs

Has anyone installed Alpine Type R 6x9s? Will they fit without the trunk mod or a spacer? Does the bass hit as least as deep as the stock speakers? I want to put something in the back that hits as deep as my stock speakers and can handle an amp. I use my trunk a lot so I don't want a sub plus I'm broke.

i've listened to a 7th gen coupe with type r's all around. the 6x9's pounded a lot harder than stock...i'd say comparable to having a bazooka 6.5" bass tube or a cheap 8" sub. thing is the type r's require a lot of power.

I have a small multichannel Alpine amp already installed, they'd be getting around 50 watts each...would that be underpowering them too much?
