Car Deck

So I looked around and didn't see this, so...

I want to put a new cd deck into my 2001 ex but not sure what to get. I want something with red lighting most likely to match everything else at night, and also the deck to be black and not silver or anything. Also where do I get the mounts for it? I've seen one, but it was for like 2 din slots, I only want one. This will be running 2 mtx 6000's also.

I was reading something on short shifters in here, it seems some think it might be bad for your transmission? I want to get one but after hearing that, I'm not sure anymore.

thread moved to ICE because your question is more related to electrical.

Short shifters do put a little more stress on your tranny.
