2004 civic VP head unit install, NEED HELP ASAP
i jsut got a 2004 civic VP, and ive tried everythign, and i mean EVERYTHING, the DIY section here is worthless for the 2004. the pocket is directly under the stereo section, not near the 12volt plug. which i broke because the DIY article said to try to pop it out... didnt work out

Hate to say it, it is just like the 2003's. I just did it on my 2k4 last week. The only difference is that the cig lighter area pops out. Take the top edge on each side and pop each out (to each side of the shifter). Once the sides are out, just pull the cig area out. The rest is exactly the 2003 DIY...
