Makin the 12volt source constantly hot

I've searched and either can't pick up on the right key word, or its so far back in time I just didn't feel like searching past page 3.

I want to know if anyone has a DIY or work around that will keep the 12v cigarette adapter source hot after the key has been removed from your car. Right now I'm having to throw a shirt over my steering wheel with my valet key turned to the on position just to charge my cell phone.

you can also tap it into the fuse box under the dash. i think fuse spot 15 is a costant on circuit. id sugest wiring in a switch to turn it on and off sjut so you dont leave it on with something and drain your battery.

basically get some conectors, plug one end of it into the fuse box.
put an inline fuse it to save your car.
hooke the other end to a male connector and plug it in to the postiive slot on the back of the cig adapter.

thats it...
