I have two 12" VMAX Cerwin Vega subwoofers.
RMS: 300 watts
Peak: 800 watts
My amp is a Dragster DA 2002 with 800W when mono bridged.
I currently have the two subwoofers mono-bridged in series. My question is, can I put these subs in mono-bridged parallel to get more output? I don't want to damage my subs however...

WTF, I just posted and its gone.
IMO your screwed and no you can't wire them in parallel.
Most amps (99.9%) can't handle 2 ohm loads when bridged. If you did this it would make the amp act like a 1600w amp, pull lots of current, overheat, and shut down. Hopefully it wouldn't fry something in the process. Your subs would be fine, but the amp would not.
The problem I see is that in series those speakers act like a single 8 ohm sub. This means that the amp is really only putting out 400 watts total (200 per sub).
You need to:
1) Get a new amp, probably a class d monoblock that puts out max power at 2 ohms into a single channel. Keep the subs you have.
or
2) Get new subs, 4 ohm DVC, wired in series/parallel to end up w/ an overall 4 ohm load. Keep the amp you have.

well it kinda depends on what the vc's are rated at. If they are dvc's and 4ohm and you piggy back the coils on one sub and out the box. Do the same on the other and then take pos. from one and neg from the other and connect them together and take the other two to the amp (bridged to one channel) it works fine.I got a five year old autoek ran like that and it's fine.
