I was wondering about the alpine 9835 head unit you got, does it have a 4 channel amp out along with a 2 channel amp out? cause i think normal HU's only come with a 2 channel amp out for an amp to power subwoofers. the way my internal speakers are wired, i can't use the HU's harness to power them, so the internal amp of the HU will be useless for me...i have to have a external amp power my interior speakers.

the alpine 7998 (the one i used to have) had a 2 channel RCA and a 4 channel RCA out on the HU because it didn't have an internal amp. So if the 9835 does NOT have the 4 channel output, what can I do to power my internal speakers?

Dude, you could have PM'd me

Anyway, it has a front output, a rear output, and a sub output. So, basically it has the "4 channel" output you speak of...front and rears, plus the sub.

eh, the display is this whitish greyish color, and the buttons are blue, and green mostly. It contrasts alot with the orange lights we got in our cars, so at night it looks like a server board...lol

Not true, the 9835 has a perfect match to our interior lights, for ALL of it's buttons. I'll have pics shortly.
