12000K Hella HID kit..

i saw this subaru on the road.. and i noticed.. his headlights gavce off this purplish look... ive been readin post about HID kits... came to the conclusion that a HID kit of over 12,000K will give u the purplish look... are these ne good? will i be able to see??? pulled over?? help me out

Do they have 50 state D.O.T certification? If so, all you have to do if you get pulled over is show them the certification for the HID's. IBTM
