check where the power wire goes through the firewall there might be a small slice in the wire. and i would trace the whole power wire back.
does the amp smell? if its blown sometimes it smells bad, burnt crap. thats where i would start. and if u run out of options try it in a friends car and if it blows it u know its the amp

dude..you have 1000 watt amp with a 20 amp fuse...lol

my amp for my mids and highs is 200x4 with three 30 amp fuses.

first unhook the amp from the power wire, then try the fuse...if it doesnt blow, you know its not the power wire, if it does, your wire is touching metal

next unhook your speakers and hook up the power wire..turn the car on...if the fuse blows you have a bad amp, if not...on to the next step

hook up your speakers and turn the car on...if the fuse blows, you have a speaker that is shorted out and you need a new one.

Hmmm......interesting, this is exactly what happened to me not long ago. I had this Khoiler amp for a yr and all of a sudden the fuse popped. I tried hookin up new fuses but still it blew. I asked the guys at the audio shop and they all said most likely ur amp is gone . So i had to get a new one . So yea im pretty sure ur amp is gone
