Alpine T-420 Settings?

Alpine T-420 Settings?
Hey everyone, I just got a new Alpine T-420 to run my JL Audio XR component set. I have no idea on what I need to set any of the settings to though. Here are the settings I don't know about:
1. Gain, it has a min and max, .5V setting in between
2. Filter LP, on or off
3. Crossover, can be set to 30, 40, 60, 100, 150, 200, 400
4. Bass EQ, anywhere between 0, +12
5. Filter HP, on or off
6. Crossover, same as above crossover ****.
If you all could please help me out in tuning my amplifier, Id appreciate it.
