ok so i finially got tired of what i had in my car.... a jvc el kameleon HU, 2 rockford hes and an rf bd1000 and a 500x powering diamond audio m3 6x9's and audiobahn components....no laughing. it sounded good but it was missing something...alot of something. so i added....


1 PPI pcx 440
1 pair kicker k69 6x9's
1 kicker crossover
1 power acoustik 7 band EQ
2 caps i need another
1 pair of tweeters
1 pair of MB quartz components


i plan on fiberglassing the door panels and adding the MB's into the doors and the kicker 6x9's into the rear 1/4 panels. the extra set of tweeters will go on the B pillars on the top and not be amped, they will only run on the radios power. eventually i plan on loosing the audiobahns and getting another set of mb's for the doors and changing the amps to PPI and getting 2 MB quartz 12's. maybe also change all the 6x9s to Mb quartz but thats much later. The subs will be in the trunk in a box with plexi firing down....dunno about a port tho...ICE guru's gimme feedback!

So .... 2 pairs of components, 1 set of extra tweets, 2 pairs of 6x9s, and a pair of 12 subs ......

All I can ask is why?

IMO it can't sound that good. That many speakers has got to be almost impossible to tune.
