Ok i really dont know much about amps or subs but i have been looking into gettin an amp and a sub. I just want something to give some bass to my music in my car nothing major for competition or to break my ear drums. This is the sub im looking to get Infinity Kappa 100.3DVC
and for an amp i was thinking of this MTX Audio Thunder251D . im only looking to spend around 300 at most. if anyone can help me by telling me this setup will work or not or suggesting something else. thanx

itll work great, as long as the kappa is dual four ohm coils (sounddomain isnt loading for me)

it is, dual 4 ohm coils, should sound good man, id do like A 2 cube ported box, tuned to like 28 Hz

ok thanx for the help i think im gonna go with this and buy it and then try to build a custom trunk with teh amp and just put the subwoofer in a box.

I heard those are alright subs. let us know how it sounds. The one ten should sounds good in the car.
