Removing panel under glove box

I am going to power my front and rear coaxials with an aftermarket amp, and I want to run the wires from my amp and intercept the wires going to the front speakers before they get to the door.

I can get to the driver's side fine by simply removing that panel that requires turning the little ****, but the passenger side is not so easy. There are some srews that appear to be holding the glove box in, but I don't know if that will help to remove the plastic panel.

Anybody taken that panel out before?

Yeah the bottom just pulls out. Careful though. I broke one of those pins with rubber on them towards the back.
