Hang on. Your confusing the crap out of me.

You need something to protect the car next to the battery. This is so that if the cable shorts out it doesn't light the car on fire. This can be a agl fuse, anl fuse, OR circuit breaker. You choose the style that you want. The size has to be EQUAL to or MORE than the sum total of all the fuses in your amps. If the new 4 guage kit comes with an anl 80 amp fuse, simply buy an 100 amp anl fuse and put that in here. Otherwise you can buy a circuit breaker and put it in its place instead, eliminating the need for the anl fuse and holder.

You also have a fuse on the amp itself that protects the amp. This isn't swapable. You need to replace it with the exact type and size thats there originally.

Yes, that Rockford 100 AMP fuse and holder would be fine. Simply replace the fuse and holder that comes in the kit with that one. This is the one that goes by the batttery.
