While driving and listening to cd, radio, whatever my sub will stop working. I'm running a Concept 350x2 amp bridged to a Polk/Momo 10" sub, with lightning audio 4 gauge amp kit. What could be causing this? I've checked all connections and fuses and they seem to be good. A friend suggested its cause the amp isn't capable enough of powering this sub at some of the levels i may have it at. Is there anything else it could be?

Either it's wired wrong, or you're pushing the amp too much. If it's the second thing, the amp may turn off to prevent burnout.
Also check your ground, as mentioned already. Make sure it's screwed tight to bare metal--not painted.

Find and play music that has alot of base notes. Christina Aguilera's new stuff comes to mind. Or rap music. When the bass hits, the amp will be drawing alot of power.
