installing "Brain" for security

So I read on this one guy's post about how our civics have that stupid azz beep for no reason, and its not an security system without the "Brain". I wanted to know how much for this brain, or if a different "brain" could be installed as such.

i think he means the horn chirp when you press the lock button on your keyless entry transmittor twice in a row

thos kind of features are built into the brain. the only way to get rid of that is to remove the alarm, or replace it. theres no piecing together alarms like that
