Would it be weird to add 3/4 or 1 in tweeters in the door if I already have a pair of 2-way coax? Would the highs really be any better? And if this set up (Tweeters + 2way Coax's) is cool, could I run a 2 channel amp to it? If this sound confusing let me know.
THanks

I think it would be too much. Way too many tweeters. All it will do is bring out symbols and sylables like S. Ear piercing if you ask me.
From your profile it looks like the highs are Bostons and aren't amped. If thats the case get them amped. It will make a big difference. Boston makes great speakers and they should be fine. An 50 watt amp will push them far better than a HU ever though of. When you compare the two the amp will be 50 real watts vs the HU might do 10 reall watts if your lucky.
Typical Amp Specs:
* 50 watts
* 20-20k Hz
* -1/+0
* THD: 0.05%
Typical HU Specs:
* 50 watts
* 50-20k Hz (bass under 50 Hz really suffers)
* -3/+1 (freq can vary by 3db, thats a lot)
* THD: 10% (200x the distortion for the math guys)
What I'm saying is when the HU puts out 50 watts its straining so hard, has a lot of distortion, big freq variations, and is having a rough time. An aftermarket amp on the other hand would put out that 50 watts without breaking a sweat.
I say get an amp before you add any more speakers.

I have 2-way speakers in the doors and also put in separate tweeters on the triangle pods. The speakers are amped, and the tweets are just running off deck power. It sounds great cause the tweeters aren't too loud and don't point directly at me. If your 2-ways have an adjustable tweeter, you can just turn it towards the floor so you don't get too much highs.
The HU I have is a Kenwood. I says it puts out 50x4 but if you do your reading, it actually only puts out 12w RMS to each channel. Get a Amp!
I have a component system which includes 6.5" mids, .75" tweets and passive x-overs. They sound great. Then I added another pair of .75" tweets in the center air ducts. They sound almost like a center channel. The system is hooked up to a 4 channel 300w amp. Sounds great if you ask me. I say go for it.

All you really need is two mids and two tweets in the front. But then again, if you like all that treb, go for it.
Ludlam...I think you should get involved in this one...lol too much for me.
