Ok everyone, have you seen these kick panels yet? First, what do you guys think? Two, can these be easily kicked by passengers and ourselves while in the car since they look like there placed near the floor? Third, Sound quality? Looks likes its angled, so I would assume the sound is decent. What's the dillio with these or Anyone have them yet? I would prefer if they were placed in the door. I have really don't like the placement of the door speakers now. Anyway, Thanks.

they are awesome.......they are purposely placed in the kick panel region for sound imaging. This way the sound will be hitting the driver's ears from both speakers at the same time, that is the theroy behind them. Next spring i will be gettin a set of kicks to house components plus a set of speakers in the doors. They are well worth it if u have the money and are looking for excellent sound quality.

Slick has them. I saw them in his car, never got to hear them though. They look nice, sorry I can't help anymore, but if he doesn't see this thread you may wanna PM him and ask him about them. I think he likes them.

those are pics of my q forms. my speakers in the forms sound better than they did when they were in the doors, the imaging was greatly improved, i was actually able to hear the passenger side speaker finally. like ludlam said, i too have to warn people about the forms before they enter, but as long as your friends aren't douches and knock there feet into them on purpose, they should be fine.
also, they are made for 5 1/4" speakers, but as you can see, i got a pair of 6 1/2" speakers to fit, just bottom mounted them.
