Is just me or does everyone else smells a funky smell every now and then from da AC?????? what is causing that smell??????

For reals, I get it too on my car. I think it is from leaving it on fresh air all of the time becuase if you do that, then whatever smells are on the outside come in, which get trapped in your A/C filter. I mostly always do recycled air when my interior cools down.

actually, it's from turning your car off while the a/c is on. You are getting condensation, that dries and turns to mildew in your hvac pipes. Before you turn the car/AC off crank the heat with the a/c off for a couple seconds...then next time you turn the a/c on it wont smell.

I never use my AC, thats probably why I never smell anything....my windows are my AC...
