Alpine CD player and back speaker issue

Alpine CD player and back speaker issue I just recently bought an alpine CD player for my dad's 4runner ('91). the issue is that after i installed it, the radio works with all 4 speakers perfectly, but when a CD is inserted, the front two speakers are the only two that function. Does anybody know if Alpine has a factory default setting that explains my problem that i have not discovered yet or enough about wiring in the 4Runner that would explain this? ~! thanks
