Hey i just got some fanatic x components for my car. This is a dumb question but
i never hooked up components before and im not sure how to wire in the crossover.
do i run wires from the hu to the cross over ???? Sorry i tried searching but i didnt
get me very far. Any suggestions??? Also what happens if you dont even use the
crossover???

the rockford crossover is crap. but basically what you do is run the positive and negative wire from the hu or amp to the corresponding input on the crossover. then you run the pos and neg of each component piece (tweeter & or woofer) to the corresponding output.

If you don't use the crossover, then your frequencies won't be filtered out of your tweeter and the low end frequencies will damage your tweeter.
