Ok, So I've had this Pioneer deck for over a year now, and I'm just gettting around to wanting to fix this problem. I don't get any AM reception what so ever. I checked the antena connection in the back and it's all good. Does anyone have any ideas of what to check out? Doesn't sound like a big deal, but when I want to listen to Football and baseball games, I'm outta luck. What could be the problem?

AM radio is sooooo old school man! where have you been???
Good luck boosting that reception with out an antenna that sticks up 6 feet off the roof of your car!
They have this new thing called XM radio, You think AM is good, try this.

I had the same problem with AM reception when I put my Kenwood deck in a few months ago, all the connections were good. Not sure what the problem was, it just started workin again one day.
