Went to a trainging for Kicker's new line of amps (The SX Line) last night. I've got to say I'm really impressed, they blow away the current stuff. If everything they say is true these are some serious SQ amps. Monster torroidal transformers big *** output devices and a processor that will knock your socks off. The processor has high and low pass filters capable of up to a 48dB per octave slope and it's adjustable in 1/12 octave steps on the high pass and 1 Hz steps on the low pass. Independant gain setting for each channel on the multichannel models, handle up to a 16 volt input signal, independently selectable phase on each channel.. and the list goes on and on. Looks like Kicker's trying to make their way back into the SQ world and if everything i saw from these amps last night is true (again I haven't had any personal experience with them) they're going to be extremely popular.. that is if you can afford their very high price points. but yeah

so are these class d amps or what? got my crutchfield today and was drooling over them too, but it never says if they are high current a/b or mono amps. but yes those amps are absolutely sick!!!

most likely their 2 and 4 channels are class a/b and the big monoblocks are class D
