Need help on fixing Factory cd player....Reads ERROR!

Hey guys,

I just got my car out of the paint shop as I had them install a full ground kit w/ fog lights. I noticed that my factory cd player isn't working as it first said "Code" on the screen and now "Error" as I was just pressing buttons to figure out what the problem was.

Can anyone help me out here on what to do with this? Maybe disconnecting the battery? Please help out. Thanks.

I think you need to enter the honda code for your cd player. It should be on a little credit size card.

yea you need cd code. if you should have one. dealer will probaly charge you hell load of money to get your cd player code.

They shouldnt, all you need is your serial number off of the back of your stock deck. At work I give out honda stereo codes all day if you have proof of owner ship and your drivers licence. Check with parts because the honda internactive system that honda dealerships use has a button that says antithief code that they can get the stereo codes from.
