need new subs...

I have a Fosgate 801x, it pushes 400w x 2 @ 4ohms RMS. Right now I'm using it to push 2 12" Pioneer ts-w305c's which handle 400w RMS. With this setup, I get pretty loud sound out of it, but not quite what I'm looking for. The subs were pretty cheap...i got 'em for about $127 shipped for the pair.

Basically, I'm looking to ditch these and get a new set of 12's. I was thinking maybe the JLw3v2's w/ dual 2 ohms. If I'm not mistaken, I can run these in series and also bridged on my amp to still get the 400w per channel.

Has anyone used these subs before...would it be worth the money to upgrade?? I want some mean sh*t

w3v2's will smoke your pioneers.
dual 2 ohm speaker will give you 1 or 4 ohms each speaker, so yes, a dual 2 ohm would get you full power from your amp
