I'm looking for a good HU that isn't too much money .. I only have about $200 to cough up. I'm looking for something that lights up blue. Also want it to play Mp3s and be Satellite ready. Any ideas? Preferably a black faceplate, but not necessary .

the clarion dxz735mp can not go blue, you have to go the model up the dxz835mp to get blue.

the 735 can only range from green, orange, and red

It may not be as nice as the Clarion, but I think it's probably a very nice deck in your price range.

Actually ic some cheaper deals.

PANASONIC CQ-DFX883U

$196 shipped to your door.

Panasonic MXE CQ-DFX983U

$238 shipped to your door.

Both from the same seller. Seller seems trustworthy

205 positives and 1 neutral.

I think the 983 one looks really hot. It has 3-D matrix blue display.

nothing beats alpines 105 dB signal to noise. cleanest sound quality, and most effiecient HU ive ever used. the volume ranges from 1 - 35 i think, and at about 15 its too loud. and clean, no distortion. plus u cant beat the clean chiseled faceplates they have.

That is a link to one of their mid class HU. i kno the face is silver, but the display is a nice blue, very vivid. my only complaint with the alpines is the way it doesnt work well with our dashes, from the drivers seat, u cant read the display too well. this is with most HU. i reccommend finding a HU with organic display. that owns. try a good pioneer. they are nice too.
