Aight my optima battery just came in and before i destroy it (probally hard to do), i just want to double check that i will be doing the install right. Simply unplug the stock battery and plug in the optima........


Another fear i am going to have is the radio bypass code.....if i have an aftermarket hu will i need to get the bypass code?


Ohh yah and i also need an idea about how to run the wires on my halo's. Should i extend the ground and the power......or i have heard something about wiring it with the parking lights???? How would i do that?

No your not going to need a by-pass code if u have an aftermarket HU.

Thanks, got it in and wow that battery makes a difference......no dimming lights and the contrast on my headunit is a lot brighter.....MORE POWER!!!!! (bad home improvment flash-back)

If anyone needs pics of a grp 51 install......no problem....i can post them. I had to remove some of the wire clamps and had to change where the hood arm (that thing that hold the hood up) lays. But all is good!!!!
