Subwoofer choice

sup guys. what do u think would get me 50/50 sound quality and loud bass for a budget under 400 bucks? Im thinking of JL w3v2, alpine type r, eclipse subs, kicker L7s or other ones... thx.

How many and what size? How much power you plan on feeding them?

I say it a lot. . . but Diamond Audio subs (and JL and Eclipse) all kick ***.

for mostly spl, but respactable sq? id still seal up those L7's
