Area Under The Centre Dash Panel
i donno if most vics r the samebut mine...2002 Coupe SiG...where the adapter thingy is, like where u would put a cig lighter...and then there is a little rectangle shape that is just...'there'...i was wondering if that part of the dash can like come out or open so i can stick some wires behind there and have the wires come out through the little square part and then mount a controller thingy on there...anyone done this or know if that part comes off???
Yes, it does come out....you'll have the easiest time if you unbolt the center console and slide it back a couple inches, then you can just pull straight down to remove the peice with the cig lighter and the fog light switch hole (the square peice you are talking about). If you check the DIY section for the radio install DIY there are instructions there.
Good luck!
Good luck!
