Question Aux-in for MD (MiniDisc)

Anyone know if there's an auxiliary in (around back) on the standard-issue CD deck on a 2K1 LX? I'm used to my Sony minidisc player after over a year of use in my other car and now I'm 'plagued' by CD-only compatibility (approx. 16 or less WAVs per CD).

No, there is not an aux in on the back of our stock radios, but you can purchase an adapter from blitzsafe that will plug into the factory changer plug on the back of the radio. its part # hon/auxdmxv.1 blitzsafe is distrubuted through metra, so any shop that uses metra parts should be able to get you the part

I was wondering the same thing...I went to Blitzsafe, got the item number and looked it up...It seems as though it has a Red and White RCA Cable...I dont know about NUB, by my SONY MD has only a mini output for headphones, and an optical line in...So is there anyway I can play my MD on the OEM Stereo without getting a car adapter? (<<wires everywhere!) Thanx...

Get the headphone to RCA adapter plug from radio shack, and plug that into the adapter that goes to theback of your HU. You could even fabricate the RCA jacks into your dash somehow.
