Neither of those heads will work.
You cannot put a DOHC head or a head from a different series on a bottom end.

Is there anything I can do to get more hp? They don't make to many aftermarket parts for these motors I got a skunk 2 exhaust and a cold air intake

For $4000?
You might be able to do a k-swap, if you shop around for parts and do it yourself.
or
You could get Hondata and a small turbo set-up.

If your planing on a K-swap from personal experience with helping a buddy it will run you some where around 5k for a neat OEM install and you still wont have VSA nor OEM mounts you'll need custom ones made along with the si subframe etc, better off trading it in taking the hit and finding a used Si. you can boost it for around that much and be pushing over 200 whp/200wtq
