Cold air help
Re: Cold air help
The answer for this question depends on what you want to do. A full blown intake system is really the best way to go if you want to be a perfectionist, but a short ram system is very efficient, and much easier to install! Ive never heard of cold air intakes lowering life expectancy on a motor, but they are not so good for colder conditions. I have a short ram on mine, and in the winter (being I live in upstate ny) I put my oem intake back on in the winter.
