Used honda civic 2006 1.8 s mt problems encountered?

Used honda civic 2006 1.8 s mt problems encountered?
Hi guys.
M gonna buy a used honda civic 1.8 s mt
its 56k driven
what all things i should check before signing a dotted line.
Problems i observed -
1. A c cooling is not effective ( some repair work has been done in past as i came to know from service records)
2. Wheel alignment is also an issue. Steering inlcined towards left .
3. Tyres are of good year and left with less threadings on it.
please do post your suggestions .it will be helpful
